Keep cool in the refrigerating temperature range (0°C to 5°C) and freezing temperature range (-18°C or less) until it is delivered to the consignee. We will deliver the deliciousness of fresh foods etc. as they are. It can also be used in a wide range of applications such as transportation of industrial products, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. Until delivery, the temperature is controlled in the refrigerating temperature range (0°C to 5°C) or the freezing temperature range (-18°C or less). Management is also perfect.

*Because transportation is performed using the Japan Post network, some areas may not be available due to refrigeration and freezing facilities.

Handling size

・The length of one side is within 80 cm. Total length, width, height 1.2m or less
　*For products that cannot be laid sideways, the height is within 50 cm (refrigerated) and within 40 cm (frozen).
・Weight is within 25kg

Kangaroo chilled flights will be delivered using the Japan Post network.
*Depending on the area, Japan Post may directly contact you for pickup.

Fee

Kangaroo chilled flights are calculated based on the basic fare plus refrigeration/freezing service charges.

It will be delivered anywhere in Japan the next day or the day after the next day (excluding some areas).
Please contact us by phone for the number of transportation days from the origin to the destination.
* This is based on the number of shipping days for "Chilled Yu-Pack" of Japan Post.

Absent redelivery date designation

If you are unable to deliver due to your absence during the daytime, we will re-deliver the items that you requested to be delivered again by 19:00 (*) on the day by 21:00.

If you take it back without you, we will re-deliver it at the desired time. You can also transfer it to your desired location by the consignee's request.
