| Held continuously for 3 years or more (*) | worth 1,200 yen | worth 2,200 yen |
Important Notes:
“Continuous holding for three years or more” means being listed in the shareholder register for seven consecutive periods ending on March 31 and September 30, including the shareholder register as of March 31 when the entitlement is determined.
Furthermore, if the number of shares recorded in the shareholder register does not fall below 100 shares or 1,000 shares throughout that period, the shareholder shall be deemed to hold 100 shares or more, or 1,000 shares or more, respectively. Please note that continuous holding is determined based on the "same shareholder registration number."
Please note that if your shareholder registration number listed in our shareholder registry changes due to the following circumstances or other reasons, your shareholding will no longer qualify as continuously held.
- If, upon repurchasing shares after selling all of them, the name or address on the new registration differs in any part from the previously registered information
- If the registered owner changes due to inheritance or other reasons
-
