This service collects the product price when the product is delivered and pays the collection price on a regular basis. By outsourcing the time-consuming collection of payments, customers can devote their management resources to their sales activities.

Revenue stamp duty required when the product price is 50,000 yen (excluding tax) or more will be paid in a lump sum by our company, so no troublesome work will occur.
(The revenue stamp price will be deducted from the collection price and transferred.)

It is also possible to ship multiple units, so if you group the products by destination, you can use it at a discount.

Kangaroo cash on delivery service

• Payment methods are available from weekly to monthly basis.
  
  • Monthly-basis payment: Collected Cash-on-Delivery payment will be settled on first Thursday of the month,
    and payment will be made on Tuesday of following week.
  • Weekly-basis payment: Every Cash-on-Delivery payment that we receive, will be processed on Thursday every week and transferred to your account on Tuesday of the following week.
    However, if the payment date is a national holiday or bank holiday, payment will be made on the following business day.

The following fee will be charged as a fee.

[Confirmation items]

1. We only deliver goods in exchange for cash.
2. Your company (seller) entrusts the Company (transportation company) with the transportation of goods, the collection of the goods price, and the proxy receipt business, and the consignee receives the goods price to be paid to you from the consignee on your behalf. You shall be granted the authority to do so.
3. Some areas may not be available.
4. In the following cases, we will send goods back to the shipper on payment on delivery.
   ・ If the consignee does not receive the item
   ・ When the delivery address stated on the invoice does not actually exist
   ・ If the consignee cannot deliver the item within 7 days after arrival at the delivery shop.
   * Cash on delivery fee will be charged even if the item is returned to the shipper.
   
5. Dangerous goods, money, securities, etc. cannot be handled.
6. We will check the type and nature of the cargo.
7. We will refuse to accept products that violate the law or public order and morals.
8. Please be sure to inform the person in charge of personal information, high-priced items, and other items that require special treatment.
9. For regular Kangaroo COD services (company), compensation damages maximum amount will be up until JPY 1,000,000.
   For COD individual services, maximum amount will be up until JPY 300,000.
10. If you do not pay the freight etc., it will be offset against the item price.
11. We will not refund the collected price even if the consignee requests a refund.
