A separate charge is required for Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands.
There is a 100 yen discount on bringing items to the sales office.
For transportation that requires delivery at a designated company in a complex commercial facility, office building, shared delivery area, etc.,
and the actual delivery cost is required, the "in-house delivery actual cost" will be added to the contract fare separately.

About delivery of large-scale, multi-unit products addressed to individual homes

For delivery of large multi-unit products to individual homes that meet any of the following standards exceeding the Kangaroo courier standard,
a separate "actual delivery cost" will be added to the specified fare.
・The total length, width, and height of each product exceeds 130 cm.
・The actual weight of each product exceeds 20 kg.
・Multiple mouth regardless of size and actual weight.
Unpacking, assembly, installation, lifting, window removal, curing,
and material collection can only be done by the pre-ordered moving flight and charter flight.
