How to Measure Size

A diagram explaining how to measure the size of a parcel. Size is calculated as length + width + height. — To determine the size, add the length, width, and height together and refer to the table above to confirm the applicable size category.
※ The applicable size will be determined based on whichever is greater: dimensions or weight.

Delivery of Large or Multiple-Package Parcels to Individual Customers

For deliveries of large items or parcels consisting of multiple packages addressed to individual customers that exceed the standard specifications of Kangaroo Parcel Delivery and fall under any of the conditions listed below, an additional actual delivery cost will be added to the standard shipping charges.
- Individual item with total dimensions (length + width + height) exceeding 130cm.
- Individual item exceeding 20kg in actual weight cannot be accepted.
- Multiple packages, regardless of size or actual weight.

Unpacking, assembly, installation, hoisting, window removal, protective covering, handling of materials and fixtures are available only through pre-booked moving services or charter services.
