Minimal packing/ No shipping label required

Only one shipping label is needed per one box. You don't need to attach to every parcel.
Each box is reserved exclusively for the customer. And eliminating the need for additional wrapping and simplifying the packaging process. This environmentally friendly solution also helps reduce unnecessary waste.

Standard service

Items dispatched by 6 p.m. on the previous day are eligible for delivery time selection starting from 9 a.m. the following day.
You may choose a delivery time slot of a 3-hour window, morning, or afternoon.

※ Please note that available delivery time slots may be limited depending on the destination.

Optional Services

JIT (Just In Time) Specific delivery :
Delivery times can be requested between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
2-hour delivery window: You may specify a 2-hour delivery time slot between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
After-hours pickup and delivery available: Pickup is available 8 a.m.–9:59 a.m. and 6:01–8 p.m.
After-hours delivery: Delivery is available between 6:01–8:00 p.m.

We also offer a document collection service on behalf of customers, including shipping labels, delivery notes, and receipt copies.
For enhanced security, we provide transportation equipped with GPS tracking devices, combined with information leakage liability insurance (up to JPY 100 million).
End-to-end temperature-controlled transportation is available for frozen parcels (−15℃ or below) and refrigerated parcels (0℃ to 10℃).
