  Morning Delivery

  9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

• 

  Afternoon Delivery

  1 p.m. – 5 p.m.

For delivery scheduling, we recommend allowing some flexibility, such as specifying delivery by a certain date.

About large or multi-package to Individual Customer

1. Additional charges may apply in the following cases:
   ・When the item cannot be carried by a single person and need additional staffs
   ・When the delivery location prevents truck access, requiring a shuttle vehicle

   • Individual item with total dimensions (length + width + height) exceeding 130cm.

   • Individual item exceeding 20kg in actual weight cannot be accepted.

   • Multiple packages, regardless of size or actual weight.

2. Parcels that fall under the above category will be delivered after consultation with the recipient, within the following timeframes:
   Weekdays: up to 7 p.m.
   Weekends and public holidays: up to 5 p.m. Excluding company-designated dates such as year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, and summer holidays.

3. If you require a specific delivery date and time for parcels that fall under the above category, please use charter service arranged by our terminal. For details, please contact the terminal that handles your order.

4. Unpacking, assembly, installation, hoisting, window removal, protective covering, handling of materials and fixtures are available only through pre-booked moving services or charter services.
